The relevance of contingent labor for Vattenfall has increased over the years and is today a key component in our business. A strong pillar in this strategy is the cooperation with our Broker in the United Kingdom who acts as an intermediary for suppliers of contingent labor in the United Kingdom.
Our current contract expires 2023-12-31 why Vattenfall is now Tendering for a new contract period.
For clarity we will in this Tender use the term “Broker” when we refer to an intermediary regardless if it acts as an “MSP”, an “Agent”, an “Broker” or any other type of intermediary.
Vattenfall strives for a provider with the ability to search the market, to secure compliancy, to achieve best price-quality in contracting contingent labor, and above all to support Vattenfall and its managers to reach their ambitions and goals. Vattenfall’s expectation is to find a proactive and flexible partner to find the right resources in a challenging market.

Vattenfall utilizes contingent workers within large parts of our business and we expect the Broker to be able to deliver contingent workers within all competence areas, within all skill levels and to all locations within the respective regions.

The character of the roles can be, but are not limited to, substituting an employee for sick- or parental leave, interim-management, temporary additional support during peaks, temporary staff with expertise, project management etc.

Beskrivning av förnyelser:

Vattenfall has the intention to enter into one single framework agreement with one supplier. The contractual period(s) will be as follows:

Initial contract period 2024-01-01 until 2025-12-31

1:st Optional period 2026-01-01 until 2026-12-31

2:nd Optional period 2027-01-01 until 2027-12-31

3:rd Optional period 2028-01-01 until 2028-12-31

Objektiva kriterier för att välja ut ett begränsat antal kandidater:

The intention is to enter the RFQ phase with a maximum of five (5) candidates per region. If more than five (5) candidates per region remain after Vattenfall has rejected applications on the basis of completeness, exclusion grounds and minimum requirements, the content of the supplied information is checked, assessed and considered in accordance with the provisions of the Tender documents.

Points are awarded per Application, according to regulations set out in the questionnaire, after which the five (5) candidates with the highest number of points will be invited to the RFQ phase. If more than one candidate is eligible for the final place of the candidates to be selected, lots shall be drawn to decide which of those candidates will take this final place.

The candidates in question will be notified in good time where, when and by whom the lots will be drawn. They are entitled to attend the draw with a maximum of two (2) representatives per Candidate.
