Provide HR services to the Vattenfall employee base of approximately 28 500 employees (end 2015), mostly based in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, but also a smaller base in Finland, Denmark, Poland and United Kingdom. HR services include professional and advisory services related to recruitment and workforce management, employment services, and transactional services, including payroll and time registration. Standardization of processes and provisioning of best-practice automation tools and IT solutions are key elements of the requested transformation roadmap.

Kvantitet eller omfattning:

HR services are provided to the current Vattenfall employee base of approximately 28 500 employees end 2015 (excluding the expected sale of lignite operation in Germany, approximately 7 500 employees). An estimated capacity of 275 to 300 FTE is currently assigned to performing the in-scope activities.

Provide finance and accounting and procurement services to the Vattenfall organization (including all underlying entities) in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Finland and Denmark. Services include, but are not limited to, general accounting for approximately 200 legal entities, accounts payable/receivable, reporting, budgeting, requisition to PO process (150 000 - 300 000 POs py), and support of tender activities for complex and simple spot buys for over 500 tenders. Standardization of processes and provisioning of best practice automation tools and IT solutions are key elements of the requested transformation roadmap.

Vattenfall conducts business in some highly regulated business areas such as Nuclear, and electrical distribution, and operates assets that are subject to special security related legislations. These regulations lead to that Vattenfall and potential suppliers need to be able to ring-fence certain operations, adhere to security legislations etcetera which can imply that certain personnel need to have security clearance or even provide services from certain (local) locations.
