Customer Satisfaction Surveys
The service requires measuring the satisfaction of Vattenfall’s customers including a customer satisfaction index (CSI). The CSI is a key performance metric on the group scorecard and a key steering tool in the business strategy, business planning and development processes. This places particularly stringent demands on the quality of the CSI research, in terms of reliability, robustness and precision of the research.
