XPS (X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy)
The X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy system will be used for in-situ investigations of chemical composition of ultra-thin films of transition metal oxides grown on 10 x 10 mm and 5 x 5 mm perovskite, ceramic, or silicon substrates.
