We invite suitable companies to pre-qualify for Architectural Facades to the main production building. The façade design/concept is designed by Urban Design Architects, Stockholm in partnership with Gottlieb Paludan Architects, Copenhagen and they have been awarded the conceptual design development contract after winning the architectural competition. These are architectural landmark façade and will be prominently placed within Stockholm City.
The project has a high ambition in regard to architectural detailing and finish The material and interpretation is of highest importance.
The architectonic façade is a separate structure on the exterior of the building envelope.
The purchase consists of design, manufacturing, supply and erection of panels and assembly on site of 3 types of terra cotta (or similar approved) façade panels. The façade consists of planar elements supported by a secondary structure which transfer the loads to the main steel beams. The main beams, which is an integrated part of the façade design, are then supported by consoles on the primary structure of the building.
The primary and secondary steel structure is an option in the purchase.

Behörighet att utöva yrkesverksamheten:

1: The supplier shall fulfil the requirements according to the act of public procurement, SFS 2007:1092 chapter 10§ 1 and the following requirements in chapter 10 §3:

A. Is not bankrupt or being wound up, his affairs are not being administered by the court, he has not entered into an arrangement with his creditors, he has not suspended payments, or he is not subject to an injunction against carrying on business.

B. Is not the subject of proceedings for a declaration of bankruptcy, for an order for compulsory winding up or administration by court or for an arrangement with creditors or similar proceedings.

C. Has not been convicted of an offence concerning his professional conduct.

D. Has not been guilty of grave professional misconduct.

E. Has fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social insurance fees or taxes in the country in which he is established or the country in which the procurement takes place, and

F. Has not in some essential way deliberately not given requested information or deliberately given the wrong information that is requested according to this law.

2: Documented adequate experience of delivering this type of works described in this contract notice.

3. Adequate financial and economic strength in relation to the scope of the contract, also see III.2.2 below. Fortum reserves the right to make a credit control of the tenderer.

4. Ability to communicate in English or Swedish.

5. Agent or representative in Europe.

Ekonomisk och finansiell ställning:

The following information shall be attached to the application to participate:

1. Company registration certificate or similar.

2. Annual financial report for the last 2 years.

3. As regards tenderers with their registered seat abroad, certificate from tax authorities showing that all tax obligations and social security obligations are fulfilled.

4. Fill in Fortums Supplier Questionnaire

5. Accept Fortum Code of Conduct.

Teknisk och yrkesmässig förmåga:

The technical capacity should be proven and valid references not older than 10 years should be included. State reference contact names and telephone numbers.

The company's performance should meet current industrial standard in Europe and Sweden.
