Procurement of consultant services for BULRIC model
The first part of the assignment is to develop an access network model based on PTSs existing hybrid model in combination with related activities that are required to establish a cost model in accordance with the legal framework and EC recommendation. Secondly as an option, in case PTS decides to re-consider the current project alignment, also conduct a revision of the core model facilitating a development of a complete BULRIC+ model based on the current hybrid model.
