Manufacturing and installation of a complete lower stage machinery and some additional machinerys related to this.
The main elements in the lower stage machinery are five stage elevators, each 2x15 m. The stage elevator comprise of a primary podium 2x15 m with three secondary podiums on top of it. The total weight of one stage elevator, without live load, is 16 t. Each stage elevator can be lowered, from stage level to storage areas in the basement.
Size of each secondary podium is 2 x 5 m. Each podium can be raised or lowered by means of two winches, one for the two lifting columns at the front, and one for the two columns on the rear side of the podium. Podium can be tilted by operating each of the two winches with different speed. Rear part of podium frame is supported on horizontal rail guide wagons, that will eliminate horizontal forces during tilt movement. Once podium has stopped at its desired position, rail guide will be clamped pneumatically, thus horizontal stiffness will improve and forces due to misalignment, if any, will be avoided.
Each secondary podium has an opening of nom 1 x 4.5 m. A system of manually operated sliding doors and/or hatches will fit into the opening. Sliding doors opening will be 1 x 1.5 m. With one sliding doors pair fitted in the middle of the podium each sliding doors element 1 x 0.75 will descend and slide sideways underneath adjacent hatch 1 x 0.75 m. At maximum two sliding doors pairs can be fitted, one pair to the left and one pair to the right. In this case sliding doors element will move into adjacent podium, therefore that podium has to be locked on the same level.
