Helium cryogenic system
Uppsala University is constructing at its Ångström Laboratory a large scale facility, called FREIA, for research and development of new accelerators and instrumentation for accelerator based research. FREIA will be build-up in stages, starting with an RF development facility for accelerator research and a helium cryogenic system. The latter will be used to supply liquid helium to experiments at FREIA as well as other experiments at Uppsala University.
