FBA wants to include framework agreements with several suppliers who can offer Rule of Law experts - capacity development expertise. The procurement shall result in a framework agreement covering consultants with capacity development expertise to support the work of the Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) on multiple aspects relating to rule of law principles for governance and conflict prevention, e.g., transparency, accountability, participation, legality, non-discrimination, for governance and conflict prevention. The experts are to be used for multiple purposes such as providing policy papers, mappings as well as in trainings with partners. The period of the agreement is initially 5 months. The contracting authority can decide to extend the contract with maximum 1+1 year. FBA intend to sign framework agreements with maximum total of five (5) suppliers.
