Rollout of smart meter units Cat 1 (≤63A) and communications solutions, the establishment of an AMM solution, the operational provision (10+ years) of meter connectivity and data collection services, remote operation services and thereto related services all as further described in this invitation and related procurement documentation.

Scope components: Roll-out/Establishment of AMM Solution/AMM Services/Transition Services/Consulting Services/Read Only access to AMM Solution.

Preliminary volumes: the procurement includes about 900 000 electricity meters.

Varaktighet: 120 månader
Beskrivning av förnyelser: The contract may be prolonged three (3) times 24 months each.

Read Only access to AMM Solution: Providing Ellevio with access to Ellevio data in the AMM Solution.

Behörighet att utöva yrkesverksamheten:

Partner shall subject to Chapter 13 LUF (Lag (2016:1146) om upphandling inom försörjningssektorerna,13 kap. Uteslutning av leverantörer), certify that there are no mandatory or voluntary grounds for exclusion applicable for Partner and/or its sub-contractors.

The Partners meeting all mandatory requirements and with the highest scores according to the model set out in the procurement documentation will be selected to the RFP phase.

Ellevio will in the event of receiving applications from more than three (3) Partners meeting all mandatory requirements, limit the number of Partners selected for the RFP phase by taking into consideration the resources and capacity required by Ellevio to conduct the Procurement and in order to obtain sufficient competition. Ellevio will take into consideration the overall scoring of all Partners meeting the mandatory requirements when determining the number of Partners selected for the RFP phase.
