X-Ray Diffractometer

KTHs intention is to procure a X-ray diffractometer with a high-end XRD with versatile capabilities.
Its most important that the instrument is compatible with investigations of steel.
It is necessary that this instrument has capabilities for a wide range of applications such as e.g. phase analysis, residual stress measurements, texture measurements, and thin-film measurements.
