Reception and processing of bottom slag from Brista boiler 2 and Högdalen WtE plants

Fortum Heating CHP B2 Bristaverket and Högdalenverket energy recycles waste for the production of heat and electricity. After the extraction of energy remaining two combustion residues, ground slag and flue gas cleaning products (RGP).
This procurement relates ground slag from waste boilers B2 Bristaverket and P1, P2, P3 and P4 Högdalenverket.
And treating it so that the bottom slag is recycled to the largest possible extent. Bottom slag should be handled so that harmful to humans and the environment is limited.
Necessary permits must comply with local and national requirements in the country where service is performed, however, must always be at least the EU directives and regulations for the corresponding activities to be met regardless of where the business is run.
To verify the companys preferences is following documents demanded: Latest annual report? Company
registration or equivalent. Information shall not be older than 3 months. To be accepted as tenderer, the following criteria must be met: Adequate financial and economic strength relative to scope of the contract. Unquestional legal status. Knowledge and experience in comparable work and ability to implement it.
The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the law on procurement in the utilities sector. List of reference from comparable projects in process, including the names and contact information for a reference person at customer.
RFP is scheduled to be sent out week 27.

Meet the requirements listed in Chapter 10, 1 and 3 § § LUF (Public Procurement Act, utilities). Keep the ratios where liquidity is more than 100% and the equity ratio is higher than 15%. In cases where lower ratios reported the bidder is deemed to meet the qualification requirements if the tenderer has made the declaration that it may be considered established that the bidder holds the corresponding financial stability.
