The scope of this call is: • to conduct analyses of infectious diseases and related special health issues; • to develop programming code (primarily in R) to interpret data on infectious diseases and other important input data (such as social contact mixing) to inform mathematical models for infectious diseases that fall within the mandate of ECDC; • to prepare scientific outputs for dissemination such as peer-reviewed journal papers and abstracts for presentation at conferences of applied epidemiology.
