Tyresö kommun

Beställaren avser upphandla avtal för införande, drift och support av en webbaserad förmånsportal för anställda hos beställaren. Anbudsgivaren ska ansvara för drift, underhåll, eventuella licenskostnader samt alla övriga direkta kostnader för uppdragets utförande. Förmånsportalen skall bland annat kunna hantera beställningar av förmåner, kvitto hantering, och personlig anställningsinformation, så som lönespecifikation. Ser detaljer i kravspecifikation. Genom en molntjänstbaserad förmånsportal vill beställaren synliggöra och förenkla administrationen för våra medarbetare när det gäller förmåner och kvittohantering. Beställaren vill även tillsammans med anbudsgivaren utveckla och förändra förmånsutbudet med tiden. Införandeprojekt beräknas att starta 2024-02-01. Förmånsportalen ska vara i full drift senast 2024-05-01 vilket också ett datum för avtalsstart.

Ekonomisk och finansiell ställning: Om anbudsgivaren minst uppnått ratingbetyg 40 (”kreditvärdig”) enligt Creditsafes kreditvärdighetsbedömning anses kravet på ekonomisk stabilitet uppfyllt. Beställaren kommer att genomföra kontroll hos Creditsafe så snart som möjligt efter anbudsöppning för att kontrollera att kravet på ekonomisk ställning är uppfyllt. Om anbudsgivaren inte uppfyller kravet får anbudsgivaren i sitt anbud på annat sätt visa att anbudsgivaren uppfyller kravet på en sådan ekonomisk ställning att uppdraget kan genomföras. Bedömning om anbudsgivaren uppfyller kravet avgörs av Beställaren. Upplysningar från Creditsafe kommer att inhämtas av beställaren i anslutning till anbudsöppningen. Anbudsgivaren uppmanas att själv kontrollera sitt ratingbetyg hos Creditsafe innan denne lämnar anbud för att utröna uppfyllelse av kravet samt om redovisning/redogörelse enligt ovan behöver lämnas.
