In order to support the discussions and decision making processes in the democracy movement the FBA will carry out the capacity building programme Research and Capacity Development on Federalism and Constitutions for Peacebuilding and Rule of Law - FECOPEROL with the aim to strengthen the participation of actors within the democracy movement at different levels of the movement.
The agreement will be for a consultancy service as described in Terms of Reference 21-00383.
