The scope of supply is a complete overhaul of the steam turbine/generator plant including opening, checking all internal parts, NDT, delivering and replacing of needed spare parts, needed engineering for repair and exchange of damaged or worn parts, needed manufacturing, delivery and erection of all equipment as well as the re-commissioning of the Turbine.

Main parts in scope:

— Operation check before stop.

— Large overhaul of HP, IP and LT turbine including check of connected systems as oil, gland steam, bleeding systems.

— Overhaul of all CV and ESV including servo actuators.

— NDT tests of turbine parts, valves, bearings etc.

— Inspection of DH condensers and sea water condenser.

— Large overhaul of generator.

— Electric tests as DTI and ELCID.

— Safety tests and commissioning.

— Needed tools and consumable spare parts for overhaul.

— Option for turbine insulation.

— Personnel for all works.

— The price shall be fixed for specified scope in the RFQ.

Behörighet att utöva yrkesverksamheten:

2. Quality assurance. Enclose proof that your company operates with a quality system that is third-party certified (ISO 9001) if so, which, or other similar system.

3. Environmental management systems. Attach proof of certification or equivalent documented procedures or description of the company environmental work.

Other documents to be submitted:

8. Copy of registration certificate from Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies Registration Office) or equivalent certificate from foreign authority or registration office.

9. Credit rating records showing (at least) credit worthiness of A, equivalent, for three (3) consecutive years or AN (or equivalent) for a newly registered company.

Ekonomisk och finansiell ställning:

— 1. The supplier shall fulfil the requirements according to the act of public procurement, SFS 2007:1092 chapter 10 § 1 and the following requirements in chapter 10 § 3:

A. Is not bankrupt or being wound up, his affairs are not being administered by the court, he has not entered into an arrangement with creditors, he has not suspended payments, he is not under re-construction, or he is not subject to an injunction against carrying on business,

B. Is not the subject of proceedings for a declaration of bankruptcy, for an order for compulsory winding up or administration by court or for an arrangement with creditors or similar proceedings,

C. Has not been convicted of an offence concerning his professional conduct

D. Has not been guilty of grave professional misconduct,

E. Has fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social insurance fees or taxes in the country in which he is established or the country in which the procurement takes place, and

F. Has not in some essential way deliberately not given requested information or deliberately given the wrong information that is requested according to this law.

5. A document stating and verifying that the company has at least 10 employees and a turnover of more than 2 000 000 EUR annually for the past three (3) consecutive years.

Teknisk och yrkesmässig förmåga:

4. Ability to communicate in Swedish or English for site supervisors and management.

6. Description of the company's delivery capability, capacity and delivery organization for the mission. The Company shall show that it have personnel with sufficient qualifications. Since the overhaul period is limited it's important that the suppliers' organization can interact in a team work during the turbine overhaul. The work can consist of several technical challenges and the company must have sufficient qualifications for all occurring works. Workshops, workshop slots during overhaul shall be guaranteed. How to manufacture needed spare parts shall be shown. Turbine drawings are not available.

7. Account in writing for 3 documented good references for similar assignments in the application. The reference assignments shall be from turbines at similar size and type (250 MWel) and comprise large scale turbine overhaul. References from BBC turbines at same size are an advantage. The overhauls shall have been performed during last 8 years.

In order to be invited, suppliers must pass prequalification by handing in a letter of interest and certify by document that the above prequalification conditions is met.

The above points are compulsory requirements and must be met. Applications that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
