RFI — Re-designing the food- and meal concept
This request invites suppliers to provide information about market?s insight on how to improve patients' nutritional treatment by re-designing the food- and meal concept at Karolinska University Hospital (Karolinska).
The purpose is to explore the market's:
— ability and interest to develop and innovate the patients' food and meal chain at the Karolinska to increase the value for the patients;
— interest and experience in partnerships;
— ideas on how to design the future set-up to provide food and meals to patients at Karolinska that increases the value for the patients.
Karolinska encourages all who are interested in developing and improving the food- and meal chain linked to highly specialized care to engage in this RFI, traditional hospital food suppliers as well as companies engaged in any part of the food- and meal chain, such as IT-companies, wholesalers etc.
