Fortum's long-term investment program is concentrating on new CHP plants to replace old heat-only production and to increase electricity generation. We utilize various fuels and develop continuously the usage of renewable fuels in our heat production. The intensive investment plan will provide good growth opportunity for our subcontractors.
The intention is to make framework agreements with suppliers with a capacity and capability for general maintenance and repair works on our main facilities with a special focus on good refractory qualifications. The facilities are CHP boilers and peak load boilers.

Framework agreement for call offs, no commitment to any fixed volumes. Power plants in Sweden, Finland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Behörighet att utöva yrkesverksamheten:

1. The supplier shall fulfil the requirements according to the act of public procurement, SFS 2007:1092 chapter 10 § 1 and the following requirements in chapter 10 § 3.

A, is not bankrupt or being wound up, his affairs are not being administered by the court, he has not entered into an arrangement with creditors, he has not suspended payments, he is not under re-construction or he is not subject to an injunction against carrying on business,

B, is not the subject of proceedings for a declaration of bankruptcy, for an order for compulsory winding up or administration by court or for an arrangement with creditors or similar proceedings,

C, has not been convicted of an offence concerning his professional conduct,

D, has not been guilty of grave professional misconduct.

E, has fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social insurance fees or taxes in the country in which he is established or the country in which the procurement takes place, and

F, has not in some essential way deliberately not given requested information or deliberately given the wrong information that is requested according to this law.

2. Documented adequate experience of delivering the type of services described in this contract notice.

3. Adequate financial and economic strength in relation to the scope of the contract, also see III 2.2) below. Fortum reserves the right to make a credit control of the tenderer.

4. Ability to communicate in Swedish or English for site supervisors and management.

Documents to be submitted:

1. Copy of registration certificate from Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies Registration Office) or equivalent certificate from foreign authority or registration office.

2. Credit rating records showing (at least) credit worthiness of A, equivalent for 3 consecutive years or AN (or equivalent) for a newly registered.

Rating A (‘approved’) and AN (‘No Remarks’) are based on Nordic Company Soliditet's rating system.

Teknisk och yrkesmässig förmåga:

The technical capacity should be proven and 3 valid references not older than 5 years should be included. References should show approved work in power industry or equivalent including CHP boilers.
