Seamless tubes made of EN 1.4462 according to EN 10216-5, with inspection certificate according to EN 10204 3.1B.
Before fining/combing the tubes will be EC tested and tested according to TC1. After fining/combing the tubes shall be annealed.
Leak testing will be done by pressure testing at minimum of 45 bars air under water.
Low fin design with 19 or 26 fins per inch (ASTME A 498).
Maximum straightness deviation 3 mm per meter.
The condenser tube dimensions are:
Length 12000 mm outer diameter 22,2 mm, inner diameter 19,2 mm, fin height 1,4 - 1,0 mm depending on number of fins/inch. Minimum surface ratio is 3.4. 90 mm land sections at the ends.
Number: 1830 pcs.
The sub cooler tube dimensions are:
Length 8990 mm outer diameter 19,0 mm, inner diameter 12,8 mm, fin height 1,4 - 1,0 mm depending on number of fins/inch. Minimum surface ratio is 3.5. 50 mm land sections at the ends.
Number: 255 pcs.
