SwAF WAN Transmission Service in Afghanistan
The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire transmission connectivity at fixed transmission rates between the Swedish ISAF camps in Afghanistan. The technical specification (Appendix 1 to the ENQUIRY) does not judge the type of connection (radio relay, fibre cables or satellite links) just technical parameters like delay time, availability, electrical connections etc.
FMV is contract party. User will be the SwAF.
