The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) has been commissioned by The Swedish Armed Forces (FM) to procure a Diving Research Facility (DRF) for human diving and underwater (submerged) tests of equipment and procedures. The DRF is supplied and installed by Haux Life-Support GmbH at the Swedish Armed Forces Diving and Naval Medicine Centre (DNC). The Centre is located in the city of Karlskrona in the south of Sweden. A gas distribution system and piping is necessary for the pressurization and pressure holding during saturation diving and for gas distribution of treatment gases is needed to complete the already installed air distribution system. This Enquiry contains requirements for a new gas distribution panel and piping that shall be installed on site around DRF.
