New transport (conveyor) system for bottom ash, boiler 6 in Högdalen

AB Fortum Värme samägt med Stockholms stad

Rebuild of bottom ash system for 91 MW CFB boiler with industrial waste as the primary fuel. The scope includes a new conveying system for transportation of the bottom ash from the boiler to the slag bunker. It also includes recirculation of fine fractions bottom ash to the furnance. It is of utmost importance that the proposed solution complies to the operation of the boiler. The complete process has to be taken into account, e.g. sand consumption, dust, temperatures, work environment and maintainability etc. The supplier need to give a functional guarantee for the scope.

Knowledge and experience of comparable work and ability to carry it out The supplier shall fulfill requirements according to the act of procurement in the utility sector, SFS 2007:1092 chapeter 10§3. A tenderer affiliated to Sellihca does not need to enclose means of proof for legal and economical reports.

Depositioner och garantier som krävs:

Contractor shall put out safety were a bank guarantee is represented. It shall be approved by Purchaser and be put out as "on demand". Contractor shall put out safety in the event of repayment as Contractor can be obligated to pay. The warranty period is 2 years on materials and 4 years of function. The facility must meet CE requirements and the EMC Directive.
