Villkor för deltagande
Ekonomisk och finansiell ställning:
1. The tenderer shall fulfil the requirements stated in the Act of public procurement law, SFS 2007:1092 chapter 3. (Meaning no bankruptcy, payment of social insurance fees etc). If needed the supplier shall be able to proof that they fulfil these demands.

2. The supplier shall have adequate financial and economical strength in relation to the scope of the contract. The buyer reserves the right to make a credit control of the tenderer.
In the application to participate the tenderer shall submit the following information:
— The latest annual report. If the supplier is registered in Sellicha, and the financial figures can be found there the supplier doesn´t have to send in the latest annual report instead they shall give the Sellihca id.
3. The tenderer shall have documented experience of power transformer deliveries.
4. The tenderer shall be certified according to ISO 9001 or similar and have an implemented environmental system they work according to.
In the application to participate the tenderer shall submit the following information:
— a list of references that describes the experience of power transformer deliveries,
— documentation that shows the quality and environmental systems the supplier work according to. (certificates or similar).
