The contracting authority, Vattenfall AB, intends to procure Travel Agency Services under one (1) framework agreement. The framework agreement shall be concluded for a basic term of four (4) years. There is an option to extend the framework agreement two (2) times by 24 months. The maximum term of the agreement is therefore eight (8) years.

The applicant must submit a presentation of the applicant company, or the member of the applicant consortium. The presentation must include information on the locations, customer and service portfolio, the size and an organization chart and - if applicable, information on the group structure must be submitted.

The applicant must submit proof of registration in the trade (commercial) register of the state in which the applicant is established.

A clearance certificate from the competent tax office or an equivalent certificate from the country of origin or the country from which the goods originate confirming compliance with tax obligations must be submitted.

Proof of payment of health insurance and pension insurance contributions from the social security institutions or equivalent certificates from the country of origin or the country from which the employee comes must be provided.

A clearance certificate (certificate of good standing) from the professional association or an equivalent certificate from the country of origin or country of provenance must also be presented.

Information must be provided from all of the applicant's commercial banks on the applicant's financial circumstances (e.g. duration of business relationship), creditworthiness and solvency. The evidence to be submitted must not be older than six months at the time of the expiry of the participation period.

Proof of liability insurance for liability risks arising from the commercial activity of the applicant for property damage, personal injury, environmental damage and financial loss must be provided

Financial statements, including notes, auditor's reports, management reports and commentaries must be submitted for the last two completed financial years before the deadline for participation.

A statement of specific turnover for the last two completed fiscal years prior to the deadline for participation (2022, 2023) must be submitted.

Confirmation about offering online and offline travel services in all Vattenfall countries

Confirmation about guaranteed support (communication to travelers, bookers and travel management) in national language in Clients Core countries

Confirmation about providing rail booking services in Vattenfall Core countries

Evidence of an existing and working international reporting system which creates global consolidated reports as well as local reports per Vattenfall Country.

Evidence that the Applicant has an international cooperation (international service agreement) with at least 2 clients (References) who are represented and will be served by the Applicant in at least 5 European countries. From these 5 countries at least 1 country must be Sweden, Denmark or Finland.

The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a "sustainability risk assessment" audit for applicants or members of an applicant group if there is good reason to do so
