FMV has re-evaluated the security requirements for the tender and decided that handling of classified information will not be relevant for the contractor.
Therefore section 35 of the main procurement document will be removed. Also "Appendix 2. SAL Tender Phase_form" will not be used in any phase of the tender process or resulting contract.
