The purchase and the contract to be signed covers a Car Park Revenue Management (CPRM) system to ensure effective price models for parking for all purses to Swedavia customers as well as achieve increased profit from the parking product for Swedavia through proactive pricing. It shall enable use of differentiated dynamic pricing based on actual demand per car park.
To achieve this, a need exists to proactively work with dynamic and differentiated pricing models via a CPRM system and thereby attracting different customer groups. By that Swedavia can maximize revenue at any given time by increasing the occupancy rate as well as increased average price.
CPRM should not only recommend and apply optimal pricing but also provide critical data-driven insights to maximize revenue and management control, for both pre-bookings and drive-ups.
The CPRM system shall contribute to digitalisation by streamlining the manual work on price optimization while simplifying the move from drive-up to pre-booking that Swedavia wishes to achieve. Through daily forecasts of demand 180 days in the future, Swedavia shall be given the opportunity to proactively work with pricing of parking spaces within barriers.
The system shall be delivered as a cloud-based system with integrations, via an integration platform (Biztalk) provided by Swedavia, to Skidata Parking Logic- and Altitude reservation systems. The System shall be configured to be used at Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) and Gothenburg Landvetter Airport (GOT). Future expansion to Malmö Airport (MMX) is optional. The contract will also include support and consultancy services.
