Lund University are now going to purchase a subscription of a database with analytical tools that can provide us with this market information.

Motivation for cancelling Lund University has announced a procurement concerning Life science marketinformation database did not receive any acceptable tenders. By the last tender date, one tender was received. The tender met all requirements made on the tenderer. However, the tender did not meet the requirements for the evaluation. Lund University hereby decides that the conditions exist according to the Swedish Public Procurement Act (2016:1145) Chapter 6, article 6 and 16, to conduct a negotiated procurement procedure and award contract without one prior announcement applies. "A negotiated procedure without prior publication may also be used if the tenders presented in an open or restricted procedure are irregular or unacceptable" Accordingly, supported by the Swedish Public Procurement Act (2016:fi 45), Lund University hereby decides to use a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice, for the award of contract in this procurement of Life science marketinformation database.
