Military Protective Eyewear System
SAF is underway to expand the amount of military protective eyewear systems within its organization. The contract is estimated to have a total validity period of seven (7) years (maximum time, including all options).
The Military Protective Eyewear System (MPES) shall protect against impact, dust, wind, sun and function in cold climate as well as sustained humid or dry heat. The system shall in applicable parts be possible to use during all seasons and missions, irrespective of weather, in tempered, arctic, desert or tropical conditions and around the clock. The system shall also protect against certain wavelengths of laser radiation.
