The cogeneration plant in Högdalen, Högdalenverket, is a waste to energy plant yearly burning about 750 000 tons of waste. The company shall have documented good economy, to be stated in letter for prequalification, with sufficient financial resources and economic capacity to handle and secure the scope of supply. If contractor's company is recently started necessary capacity and economic resources during time of contract must be stated and guaranteed. The contractor's juridical status must also be without dubiety.

The 2 latest annual reports shall be submitted. Registration certificate and a certificate from tax authorities showing that all tax obligations are fulfilled shall also be submitted for prequalification as potential supplier.
