ECDC seeks to procure facility management consultancy services during the design, fit-out, removal and operations phases of the ECDCs premises.
The foreseen activities are related to the design, project management and supervision of the interior fit out of the ECDC office space.
Other activities include strategic facility management and expert advice on technical matters on the operation of the ECDC office space.
