Invitation.
The University of Gothenburg, the Department of Physics, invites you to submit a tender for a thin film deposition system.
The department will procure a high vacuum to ultra high vacuum thin film deposition system capable of high-precision deposition of high-quality thin film multilayers of a wide range of functional materials such as e.g. metals, insulators, magnetic materials, superconductors, ferroelectrics, and multiferroics.
