Behörighet att utöva yrkesverksamheten:

The cadidate shall complay with the statutory requirements in Sweden or in its home country for performance of

obligations in relation to registration, payment of taxes and social security contributions in accordance with the

legal provisions of the country in which it is established.

— Swedavia will therefore obtain as certification a request for information in connection with a Public Procurement,

Tax Agency form nr SKV 4820, which shall be completed by the Tax Agency and when relevant by the

Enforcement Service.

— The applicant shall provide certified copies of official documents issued by a competent juridical or administrative

authority or equivalent. If such documents or certificates are not issued in the suppliers country, they may be

replaced by a statement provided under honor and faith or by similar assurance.

If the candidate intends to refer to the capacity of another company, in accordance with Chapter 11, section 5. Act

(2007:1092) of public procurement in Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Sectors (LUF), this shall be

stated in the application, stating the company name and registration number.

In the event of the candidate intending to use subcontractors, the subcontractors, as well as the candidate shall

comply with the above-mentioned requirements. The candidate shall in such case state the company name and

registration number for every subcontractor in the request for participation.

Request for participation from candidates in countries outside of Sweden shall enclose approved certificate and

documentations, not older than three months, from relevant authorities in the country where the candidate is

established showing that the candidate:

— is registered in the register of professions/register of companies

— has paid the stipulated social security charges

— has paid taxes and charges.

Ekonomisk och finansiell ställning:

The candidate shall have such economic and financial stability and confirm that it is clarified that the candidate can

perform the requirements made in the procurement.

The tender shall have a stable financial capacity, minimum Standard & Poors rating of A- or equivalent.

The applicant shall provide a credit report issued by S&P or equivalent independent credit rating company.

Swedavia may request an annual report or the equivalent to supplement the economic valuation.

Teknisk och yrkesmässig förmåga:

The candidate shall have the capacity, experience and expertise required to be able to perform all parts of the

contract.

The tenderer shall be well known in the aviation liability insurance market for airport owners and airport operators

and shall be well experienced and have a well-known competence within such aviation liability insurance.

The applicant shall provide a) a short description of the company in terms of the organization, management,

professional qualifications of key persons and the applicants point of contact for this procurement.
