Microbioreactor
KTH Royal Institute of Technology is seeking to purchase a microbioreactor to be used for studying and optimizing conditions for insect and mammalian cell culture for expression of recombinant proteins. The microbioreactor must allow for parallel cultivation using different culturing conditions and must therefore be able to regulate and control key cultivation parameters individually for a set of reactors to enable experimental design for multivariate analysis. The cultivation volume must also be large enough to allow for purification and assessment of product quality for a given cultivation condition.
