The goods and services to be delivered under the proposed contracts are:
— vehicles for de-icing and anti-icing treatment of aircraft;
— service and maintenance for the vehicles;
— spare parts for the de-icing vehicles and other deliverables that might be necessary for operation of the equipment and otherwise connected to the delivery of the equipment.
The 2 capacity classes of de-icer are:
— Subject 1 — Medium with a capacity of approximately 6 000 litres +/-10 %, and
— Subject 2 — Large with a capacity of approximately 8 000 litres +/-10 %.
