The goals of this tender are to:
— Enter into a Framework Agreement with 1 party for the term of 3 years with the option to prolong the agreement once with a period of another 3 years.
— Achieve cost savings through having one supplier instead of scattered supply.
According to the provisional timetable, Vattenfall will take the award decision on December 19th, 2016. However, if the mentioned objectives are not met, Vattenfall reserves the right to retract the tender.
The scope of this tender, of which details will be provided in phase 2, valid on the date of writing this document:
— Countries involved: Denmark, Finland, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, and UK.
— Management systems: OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 55000/PAS55, ISO 27001.
Sweden and Germany: EMAS.
Sweden: SS 624070, AFS 2001:1.
— Number of certificates: around 100 (a mix of single-site and multi-site certificates).
— Number of sites: >200, plus local distribution grids in Germany and national distribution grid in Sweden, and heat grids in Germany, Holland and Sweden.
