Biosensor for high throughput determination of protein titers
The School of Biotechnology at KTH intends to procure an instrument for high-throughput and real-time analysis of protein interactions. The equipment will be used for research purposes involving affinity and kinetic analyses as well as determination of protein titers of samples of both low and high complexity. Moreover, the system must enable rapid screening of samples in a multiplex format.
