The object of the contract is the efficient and economic handling of business travel for Vattenfall in all countries where Vattenfall is located, especially: Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands, Finland, Denmark, Norway and United Kingdom, optional Poland. This includes the provision of all relevant standard travel services particularly for the areas of flight, railway, car rental, hotel, ferry and ship (e.g. advice, information, reservation/booking), services that are relevant for billing and technical handling (e.g. profile management, online solutions) and management information (e.g. reports, analysis). By providing these services the travel agency shall support Vattenfall's main targets for business travel: to make business travel in the most economic, efficient and secure way, to optimize the total costs and to get efficient processes in the area of business travel.
The ambition is to conclude a frame contract with one supplier (contract period 4 years with 2 prolongation options of 2 years each).
Remark: Vattenfall AB is the contracting party and this tender is also done on behalf of its legal subsidiaries.
