The Following business case should be considered (number of transactions):Sweden: Flight 32 000, Rail 9 900, Hotel 13 000, Rental Car 3 000;Germany: Flight 12 000, Rail 16 000, Hotel 10 000, Rental Car 800;Netherlands: Flight 8 500, Rail 1 000, Hotel 5 600, Rental Car 150;UK: Flight 1 800, Rail 150, Hotel 600, Rental Car 100;Denmark: Flight 1 800, Rail 100, Hotel 600, Rental Car 50;Finland and Norway: Flight 750, Hotel 250, Rental Car 50;Poland (optional): Flight 365.Comment: Flights = tickets / train = bookings/transactions / Hotel = transactions / Rental Car = transactions;The volumes given above are estimated figures based on a current volume. The figures are not constant and can therefore not be guaranteed by the customer.

Formal requirements:

1. Requested information is to be provided in written form in duplicate and also in digital form (DVD or USBstick) in English language;

2. Application envelope has to be labeled as follow: Vattenfall GmbH, Angebotseingangsstelle, Raum 4.0.113, Puschkinallee 52, DE-12435 Berlin, Travel Agency Tender documents for Peggy Gabriel (FPKF);

3. Information is to be provided in the format and order as described with clearly marked tab sheets (per Register);

4. The Applicant has to state the information about the contact person responsible for the application including name, e-mail, phone and fax-number;

5. The Applicants have to note that the submission to tender has to be signed legally effective and that all explanations and proofs stated in the contract notice must be fully attached;

6. A reference to former applications is not sufficient;

7. Foreign Applicants must present the corresponding register statements, proofs, certificates and explanations according to the legal rules of the state the company is located in;

8. In case Applicants belong to the same group company and/or consortium of service providers and are affiliated to each other by way of consolidated annual accounts or in any other financial-administrative sense, only one of the parties shall be allowed to respond to this Announcement;

9. Submissions to tender which do not contain the required explanations and proofs can be excluded;

10. The Contracting Entity is authorized to verify the references (information in Register M and N) given;

11. The Contracting Entity reserves the right — without being obliged to or that the Applicants are entitled to — to put in an additional demand for explanations and proofs;

12. Questions shall be sent via e-mail (to peggy.gabriel@vattenfall.de) latest until 15.6.2015. E-mails which will be sent after the deadline will not be considered. The Contracting Entity will answer questions as fast as possible.

13. If the Applicant is a branch, subsidiary or operating company of a holding company or a group of companies and wishes to use the consolidated financial information of the holding company or group of companies for the purposes of this Application, this holding company or parent company shall provide a declaration expressing its willingness to fully guarantee any liability of its subsidiary during the duration of the contract. Information part of the Applicants application: Duly signed statement(s) of the parent(s) stating that it will thus guarantee the performance of the Applicant under a Contract resulting from this tendering procedure.
