Request for information concerning High Performance Computing as a Service

NORDNWP is a cooperation project between the national meteorological services (NMS) in the five Nordic countries, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. The aim of the project is at the establishment of a common numerical weather predictions (NWP) production within the framework of NORDMET from the year 2020. The Terms of Reference for the NordNWP cooperation states that the data centre shall be located in 1 of the NordMET countries (Norway, Finland, Iceland, Denmark or Sweden) please provide information relevant to capabilities of a data centre in one of the mentioned countries.
The NORDNWP cooperation is pleased to invite you to participate in this Request for Information (RFI) / Technical Dialogue regarding High Performance Computing as a Service.
This RFI is executed by the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute (SMHI) on the behalf of the NORDNWP.
Please note that the NORDNWP is not asking for a formal tender.
