Public procurement of vacuum pumps and components
Equipment for 2 vacuum systems that are being developed at Stockholm University.
The equipment includes; backing pumps, turbomolecular pumps and titanium sublimation pumps necessary to produce vacuum conditions. Vacuum gauges and mass spectrometers to monitor the vacuum conditions and the composition of the residual gases. Vacuum valves to control the flow of gas inside the chamber.
