A concluded framework agreement does not guarantee that the reinsurer will obtain a share in the forthcoming reinsurance programmes but gives the basis for the contracts that will be awarded for one year at a time after the conclusion of the framework agreement. The reinsurers within the framework agreement will not be obligated to submit a tender in the contract award procedure regarding the annual reinsurance programmes. Following a tendering procedure within the framework agreement, S:t Erik Försäkring and awarded tenderers will conclude contracts containing the conditions for the forthcoming reinsurance programme.
