S:t Erik Försäkrings AB, corporate identity number 516401-7948 (S:t Erik Försäkring) hereby invite to participate in this Procurement of services regarding reinsurance of Property Damage — Other real estate, for 2015. The procurement include risks insured by S:t Erik Försäkring as from the renewal on 1st January, 2015. The risks concerned are the property and business interruption risks related to the City of Stockholm. The present reinsurance includes two layers. This procurement is for Layer 1 only.
All entities owned by the City are insured by S:t Erik Försäkring, however SISAB, the company that owns the school and day-care centre buildings, is not included in this reinsurance programme.
Your quotation must be based on the TSI in this document. Further information can be found in the templates for Excess of Loss Reinsurance Agreements in which the conditions for the reinsurance services for 2015 are stated.

Behörighet att utöva yrkesverksamheten:
The reinsurer shall fulfil requirements set in Sweden or in its home country with regard to registration, taxation and social security contribution obligations.
The reinsurer shall be registered as a reinsurance — or insurance company or otherwise hold such registration which is required to supply services that are subject to this procurement.
The reinsurer shall have the required permissions and be authorised to supply reinsurance services to customers in Sweden throughout the duration of the agreement.
The reinsurer may not have incurred debts for social insurance contributions or taxes in Sweden or in its own country that have lead to a debt being registered with the Swedish Enforcement Authority or the corresponding authority in its home country. This requirement is not applicable to such debts that pertain to negligible amounts or similar circumstances.

The reinsurer shall have a financial capacity that is sufficient for carrying out the services following this procurement.
Lägsta nivå(er) på standarder:
The reinsurer must have at least a rating of A according to Standard & Poors or a corresponding level of rating according to other established credit rating agency or have a corresponding financial capacity regarding capital base and solvency margin.
