Liquid handling system for NGS applications
The Clinical Genomics facility (Stockholm) is utilising Illumina sequencing technology to carry out large-scale analyses of the human genome and transcriptome, including large targeted panels, exomes and whole genomes. For the above applications we seek to procure a liquid handling system for enabling high level of automation of sample preparation.
