Posten intends to enter into 1 to 3 non-exclusive framework agreement(s), as specified below. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that Posten enters into more than 1 framework agreement, then each framework agreement will cover the same service and geographical scope as described below.The estimated aggregated yearly contract volume is 50 000 000-70 000 000 SEK (the aggregated annual spend on infrastructure and application operation services within Posten is approximately 200 000 000 SEK). No volumes are guaranteed.The framework agreement(s) includes the supply of infrastructure and application operation services, as defined below, for Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Please note that the main part of the relevant services is expected to be delivered in Sweden and Denmark. Please also in connection hereto note that the initial call-off(s) will include the supply of the infrastructure and application operation services in question in Sweden (including the transition and transformation from Postens existing suppliers) to new contracting party(ies) of such services, as Postens existing agreement for such services in Sweden expires end of 2015.All services in scope are currently outsourced to various third party suppliers.The procurement may involve the transfer of certain assets and/or third party contracts related to the services in question from the PostNord Group or current third party suppliers to the selected supplier(s), as will be further specified in the subsequent invitation to tender.
