For the various heat companies within the group, Vattenfall AB wants to establish with this tender framework agreements with several parties for (direct and indirect) heat transfer (sub)stations, heat delivery stations, house delivery stations and hot tap water installations, all meant for district heating applications.The framework agreements covers the purchase and delivery of the stations and, depending on the lot, on-site placement and turnkey installation as well additional installation works and commissioning.The framework agreements will apply to systems with a connection size of mainly DN15 to DN65, and to a lesser extent DN80 to DN150.Due to the technical design of the existing district heating grids the various service areas all have their own technical requirements and specifications.The tender takes place within the service area of the various heat companies in the group which include Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. In Germany the service areas of Vattenfall are in Berlin and Hamburg.

Delivery and installation of various types of stations for district heating applications in accordance with the technical principle of the 3-pipe system.
Kvantitet eller omfattning:
The delivery, on-site placement and turnkey installation, as well additional installation works and commissioning of approximately 255 stations per year, in accordance with the technical principle of the 3-pipe system and in various technical configurations like, direct (about 10 %) and indirect (about 90 %) heat transfer stations (150 pieces), house delivery stations (25 pieces) and hot tap water installation (80 pieces).

The stations have a connection size of mainly DN15 to DN65, and to a lesser extent DN80 to DN150. The design pressure is PN16, and design temperature is 120°C. The thermal capacity of the heat transfer station varies from stations up to 95 kWth to a maximum of 3840 kWth.

To the onsite activities also belongs planning, logistics and site management.
The stations must comply to the guidelines AGFW and DIN4747, the onsite activities must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines AGFW and DIN4747.
Note that around 50 % of the stations will be called-off in 4 months (July-October).
The delivery, including the installation, takes place on various construction sites in Berlin and will be individually called-off per project.
Geographically this lot has its focus in the western part of Berlin.

The delivery, on-site placement and turnkey installation, as well additional installation works and commissioning of approximately 335 stations per year, in accordance with the technical principle of the 2-pipe system and in various technical configurations like, direct (about 10 %) and indirect (about 90 %) heat transfer stations (200 pieces), house delivery stations (35 pieces) and hot tap water installations (100 pices).

Kvantitet eller omfattning:
The delivery of approximately 150 direct (about 40 %) and indirect (about 60 %) stations per year.
The stations have a connection size of DN25 and DN40. The design pressure is PN25 , and design temperature is 140°C. The thermal capacity for DN25 is maximum 220 kWth (max. 2.300 l/h) and is for DN40 maximum 570 kWth (max. 6.000 l/h).
The stations must comply to the guidelines of AGFW, chapter 5 “heat stations”. Especially mentioned in this chapter are the rules FW 502, FW 504, FW 505, FW 506 and FW 521.
Note that around 50% of the stations will be called-off in approximately three months.
The delivery takes place on various sites in Hamburg and will be individually called-off per project.

Kvantitet eller omfattning:
The delivery of indirect district heating substations for single houses with an expected annual volume of approximately 175 pieces. The stations need to be delivered within the service areas of Vattenfall Heat in Sweden, which will be mainly in the cities of Uppsala, Nyköping, Motala, Vänersborg and Haninge.
