Benchtop NGS system

The Genomics department at the School of biotechnology develops methods for preparation of nucleic acid samples for next generation sequencing (NGS). NGS is becoming a common research tool worldwide. As a part of this work we regularly need to sequence our sample preparations. For this reason we require a locally placed system that can generate a large amount of DNA-sequencing data in an easy and automated fashion. We now seek to purchase such a system for placement on a bench in our laboratory.
