Procuring Entity intends to enter into 2 to 3 non-exclusive framework agreements for Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The framework agreement(s) includes the supply of application development, application maintenance, application operation and infrastructure operation services (hereinafter referred to as the 'Application and Infrastructure Services'), as further specified below. Each framework agreement will cover the same geographical scope and scope of the Application and Infrastructure Services. Please note that the main part of the relevant services is expected to be delivered in Sweden and Denmark. Please also in connection hereto note that the initial call-off(s) will include the supply of the Application Operation and Infrastructure Operation services in question in Sweden (including the transition from Procuring Entitys existing suppliers) to new contracting party(ies) of such services, as Procuring Entitys existing agreement for such services in Sweden expires end of 2015.The potential value of the Procurement to the supplier for application operation and infrastructure operation services, can be roughly estimated at 50 — 70 MSEK per annum (the aggregated annual spend on application operation and infrastructure operation services within PostNord Group is currently approximately 200 MSEK).In relation to application development and application maintenance services the potential value of the Procurement to the supplier for such services can be roughly estimated at 40 — 60 MSEK per annum (the aggregated annual spend on application development and application maintenance services within PostNord Group is currently approximately 300 MSEK). However, several business related initiatives are ongoing within the PostNord Group which may lead to significant changes to the volume of procured application development and application maintenance services under the frame agreements (e.g. the implementation of new organization 2014, optimization activities across all business areas increasing potential synergies).PostNord Group does not provide any volume guarantees or exclusivity.All services in scope are currently outsourced to various third party suppliers.The procurement may involve the transfer of certain assets and/or third party contracts related to the services in question from the PostNord Group or current third party suppliers to the selected supplier(s), as will be further specified in the subsequent invitation to tender.
