The objective of this procurement is to obtain a IT-system that fully and effectively supports the Riksbanks collateral management activities.
The Riksbank is seeking a new collateral management IT-system to manage collateral for its secured lending and normal liquidity providing transactions. The Riksbanks goal is to enhance its current single collateral pool model for collateral management, to further automate its management of collateral and to maintain a flexibility to allow for new collateral arrangements and new central bank policies. The Riksbank intends to replace its proprietary system with a standard software. In connection with this, the Riksbank also wants to improve its operational procedures.
The procurement includes the delivery of the collateral management system, maintenance and support of the system and consultancy services.
