Lot B16, Emission Measurement system, for KVV1, KVV6 and KVV8 CHP in Värtan

Fortum Värme samägt med Stockholms stad

On Plant Värtan the new CHP plant KVV8 will be installed as a part of the existing production units. The new flue gas ducting for KVV8 will be led via the existing stack. Due to the installation of existing analysis measurement blocking the arrangement for new installation the old equipment must be removed. A complete new measurement building will be located nearby the stack where new analysis equipment for existing flue gas ducts and the new boiler KVV8 flue gas duct will be installed.
Project KVV8 Lot B16 - Delivery of the analysis measurement to project KVV8
The analysis measurement delivery shall contain all the necessary equipment together with the belonging system set-up, programming, as well as the installation of all belonging components. Commissioning, Validation, Training and Documentation
Quantity main deliverables:
Analysis measurement units 4+4 groups.
Instruments c:a 5pcs
Necessary sampling equipment such as valves and flanges for exhaust gas sampling.
— Piping between sampling points and cabinet with supports. Insulation and possible heat tracing shall be included (if necessary).
— Piping for returning the measured gas to the flue gas duct between sampling points and cabinet with supports. Insulation and possible heat tracing shall be included (if necessary).
— Necessary cables and wires between sampling point and cabinet
— Supplies of reference gasses and chemicals for two years of operation.
— Wear and spare parts for two years of operation.
— QAL 1 Quality Assurance shall be included.

The company should have documented good economy (the company shall have an yearly turnover of min 3 million Euro value) and the two latest annual reports should be submitted. Registration certificate and a certificate from tax authorities showing that all tax obligations are fulfilled should also be submitted.
