The market demand has stretched our resources to the limit and we are now at a situation where Svenska Spel needs to extend the offer without increasing the use of internal resources. The tender scope is the following:
Delivery of liveodds services to complement the existing Svenska Spel offering, according to below specified requirements regarding Sports, Leagues/Tournaments/Cups and Bettypes/Markets. The service should be delivered following the specs described in this document regarding interfaces and timelimits.
A 24/7 support function.
