Instrument for sequencing
The Wallenberg Laboratory for Cardiovascular Research has been in the forefront in dissecting how the gut microbiota modulates host physiology and metabolism and we are now purchasing a bench-top next generation sequencing instrument equipment to perform metagenomic analyses. In addition, we may perform limited RNAseq analyses.
